You can delete your Serendip account and your data at any time. You don't need to contact us to do this.
Deletion cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your account and data are permanently removed.
If the app isn't installed or you can't sign in, email destek@spcdev.app from your registered address to request deletion. We complete such requests within 30 days at the latest.
When you delete your account, the following is permanently erased:
A small number of records are kept for a limited time due to legal obligations and the safety of other users:

These records are deleted automatically once the period ends. Retained records do not appear in your profile and are not used in matching.
Yes. You can request deletion of specific data without deleting your account. Use Settings → Privacy and My Data in the app, or email destek@spcdev.app.
You can also download a copy of your data from the same section.
